"the longer i run, the smaller my problems become" by adidas - this speaks to my heart - running through many obstacles, but you know it will get smaller as you go through.... i thank Heaven for possibilities every time i get out from my bed.

feeling very guilty now not doing my video and upload - but I am here to support and help. i might return this device, so others can have fun with this.
I just finished a 6k wood run - felt completely out of shape - heavy legs, people passing me. I was dying (felt like it) - then I remember my chemo days - the whole heaven was coming down on my shoulders, weighing on me, legs were on fire and like a dead wood - i was weak and kinda crying as I could not run at all.
i still have neuropathy and ghost pains - but these are nothing compared to the dark time with taxotere/carbo.
I learn how to put myself first, at home and at work. HUGE STEP FORWARD. I do not want to thank cancers as I work every day to eliminate them (wish i can kill 'em!), but these is something to said about coming out of the dark woods, a challenge, but made me stronger and brighter.
my run today was not good, but ignited my competitiveness i thought i never had. so i say
keep calm and fight on!
do not think about tomorrow, or next mile, just this step, just now.

6 months agoGood morning! You can still do a video of your cancer journey anytime you want to. We have several people doing them, and we will continue to produce video journey's. We have over a hundred videos now getting ready to post a spot on the site so people can start watching them, and using them much like everyone uses the questions page to gather information about what to expect through their own journey.
I'm glad you got out and are doing some things. It helps to do things you did pre-cancer to show yourself that yes you can do these things.
Just let us know if you want to go ahead and do your video, or do it later.
Thanks for being here,
Greg P

7 Nutrition Tips to Minimize Breast Cancer
Found many good ideas, tips and recipes from Dr. Andrew Weil's website.
http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/ART00669/lowering-breast-cancer-risk.html
I thought I already know these things - but having a good list of tips in front of me will make it more like habit than when-I-can kinda thing. Also I begin to get more support from my family - (FINALLY!) grass fed beef and organic berries, etc.
I hope my daughter would never experience what I've been through - and none of her friends.... -

Just made Andrew Weil's Curried Cauliflower soup - it is packed with anti-inflammatory | anti-cancer herbs/spices. I made with regular milk as I could not find coconut milk, but came out great.

Great way to consume tumeric, ginger, and add protein (cashew nuts), good fat to your diet. Especially, you know, when you do not feel like eating...let me know if you find good superfood recipe :-)
