Rare Classroom: Glioblastoma Multiforme

The month of May is recognized as Brain Tumor Awareness Month, a time to help spread awareness about brain tumors and brain cancer. One of the most deadly and prevalent forms of brain cancer is glioblastoma multiforme, sometimes just called glioblastoma.

Our partner website Patient Worthy featured this disease state as part of their Rare Classroom series, in which readers can get a deep dive of information into various rare diseases.

Editor’s Note: Get Involved

Cancer doesn’t discriminate. Patient Worthy and its partners are interested in amplifying the voices of those from all identities and backgrounds. If you have a cancer journey to share, reach out here to learn more about how your voice can help spread awareness and inspire individuals from all walks of life.
