To say that I’m tired would be an understatement. I’m drained. Empty. There’s nothing in the tank. Cancer-related fatigue is real. It could be the disease that’s doing this to me. October brings us possibly the largest movement in cancer awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It's hard to look in any direction and not see something pink, or an add on TV or radio with a Company touting their support for breast cancer research.
