Just Say No - To Negativity

by Jane Ashley

We have all experienced negative thoughts and feelings at diagnosis, during treatment, and afterward. Although it may be “normal” to experience negativity, those negative thoughts and feelings only serve to drag us down — robbing us of today’s joy.

by Jane Ashley

A cancer diagnosis is a tough diagnosis. Just look at what each of us faces.

Never Lose Hope

• Cancer is just plain scary.
• What about the side effects?
• It’s gonna be expensive.

Keep On Swimming

Cancer is one of those maladies that takes a long time in treatment and a long time afterward in surveillance. Cancer can be likened to a marathon — we must pace ourselves to reach the finish line — we must be patient, and we can’t give up.
