    Diagnosed

    Oh No

Was diagnosed on 10/1/12 after concern of unintentional weight loss for about 1 year. I'm active and eat healthy so I thought perhaps the weight wasn't difficult to lose, yet people expressed their concern. Finally, went to the health clinic at workf for a physical and a CT scan was ordered since I was a smoker. Scan revealed enlarged lymph nodes at the end of the windpipe (about the size of a golf ball), and a trace in the lung then a bronchoscopy and a mediasteinoscopy which confirmed small cell lung cancer, but the good news is it is limited.

    Fatigue (tiredness)

    Side Effects

fatigue wasn't terribly bad with chemo, but when adding radiation to the mix - it intensified
