    I had a feeling when they did the ultrasound and then asked to do the biopsy right away that it wasn't good news.

    Procedure or Surgery

    I am two weeks out from surgery. They took out some lymph nodes and that hurts more than the lumpectomy site. They put a port under my skin on the opposite side and that still has an open cut. Have to keep it bandaged to keep blood off my clothes. Haven't tried to put on a normal bra yet.
