Chemotherapy
Drug or Chemo Therapy
I had 5 chemo session, 1 per week which lasted about an hour and a half. I had minimal side effects. No Nausea or vomitting but could not stand the smell of food in restaurants, food courts etc. still food that I don't want to eat that I enjoyed before treament.
Radiation and chemotherapy together
Radiation
I had 25 external radiation, 5 Brachy and 5 Chemo over 5 weeks. Was able to drive myself to treatment evryday for first 4 weeks but last week of 5 Brachy was awful and really was weak and down
Fatigue (tiredness)
Side Effects
I have a fewof the side effects listed , not sure how to list them but fatigue is the biggest problem.
2 month check after treatment and no sign of tumour
