    Side Effects

Okay so after this 3rd round of chemo, I thought I was doing pretty good. Not to much body aches/pains, I made sure to take all my meds before hand, which definitely helped...But now I have what I thought was a toothache, turning out to be more of an abscess. Which really sucks..(I take very good care of my teeth/oral hygiene). I called the Onc and he said take the pain killers, hello that doesn't really solve the problem if it's infected. Okay go to a dentist, I tell him my dentist is about 2 hrs away, he can't even recommend one to me. Anyway my hubby calls back & says can't you prescribe her an antibiotic?, that's what the dentist usually does & u have to go back in 4-5 days, so he did now I'm taking it, hoping it will help. I made an appt w/my dentist for Wed (don't really trust to many dentist, esp where I am, they r all ripoffs) My next and hopefully final treatment is next week, I'd hate to hold it up..Has anyone else had this problem???I just had to vent & now I feel a little better..thanks
