    Chemotherapy

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

Just finished treatment number 7 the shot for the white counts is knocking me on my butt. Does anyone have any suggestions to getting through the next 5? Treatment 7 was followed by severe stomach cramps (like labor pains). I posted a question about what to do but none of the suggestions done any good. After researching several sites Bentyl was the answer

    Surgery

    Procedure or Surgery

On April 25, 2014 I had the HIPEC surgery. This was a very difficult decision for me. My husband and family didnt really want me to. The surgery is very long and can have alot of complications. All test prior to surgery said I was cancer free. I am 6 weeks post surgery and healing nicely already back at work. God guided me in this decision and I am so glad that I was able to hear the answer because cancer was found (very small amounts in four areas).

    Milestones

Hi everyone. I just wanted to check in. My last CT was clear and I have been cancer free for over a year now all thanks to God and my wonder doctors at CTCA. It has taken awhile to start feeling normal but I am about 90% there and I have been doing all those things I took for granted I had time to do later. No matter where you are in your journey ENJOY life and your loved ones. None of us are promised tomorrow. Lots of love and prayers to each of you. Thanks for your prayers and support.
