    Cancer is back/Recurred

    Oh No

After a few years the cancer came back just one spot. The doctors thought they could still cure my husband.

I am not sure. Did the normal tatoo on his chest to kill the new spot.

    Radiation

My husband is a strong man. He didn't say too much about it.

At MGH the doctors used a proton gun to kill the tumors on his brain. And did a biop on his adrenal gland to find out that it was BRAF cancer.

    Phase 1 trail for BRAF

    Clinical Trial

It was nasty, however it did shrink his tumor by 10-12% before they had to stop the trial on him.

    Cancer has spread/Metastasized

    Oh No

The cancer has spread to a lymph node near his heart. MGH did not think they could find a surgeon to do a biopsy on it.

Went to Cancer Treatment Centers of America

    Other Care

Found a doctor to do the biopsy and found out the cancer has spread even to more lymph nodes. CTCA could not do much more than what MGH was doing for us. Just drug trials.
