Surgery
Procedure or Surgery
My dad went in for surgery just 4 days after he was diagnosed with cancer. When he went in for surgery they were really unsure of what they would find since all his test were not back yet. They thought the cancer was subjected to a cyst, and removed it. They later found a little more and within 4 hours, his surgery was over. The Dr was very positive about it, but did say my dad needed radiation and chemo therapy for the next few months.
Chemotherapy
Drug or Chemo Therapy
Chemo sucks for everyone. Watching my dad go through this is the worst thing ever. I had no idea how difficult chemotherapy is to no only my father but everyone in his life.
External radiation
Radiation
Radiation sucks too.
