    Cancer is back/Recurred

    Oh No

Was diagonsed in 2000 with stage 2 in left breast, DCIS. Only lumpectomy and radiation. In 2012 I was diagnosed again but this time the right breast with lobular. This is not a reaccurance but a new cancer. The tumor was 7 cm all positve for estrogen, it had spread to 5 lymphnoids.

Medicine for low white blood cell count

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

Was given this drug the day after my "red devil" chemo. It took about 24 hours to kick in then it affected my whole body. Soreness, head fuzzy etc.. no nausia.

    Chemotherapy

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

4 rounds of red devil every 2 weeks. Would take off work on Thursday, get treatment, work on Friday and rest on the weekend. The nuelasta shot was worse than the chemo I think! I would then return to work on Monday. By the following week I would start feeling good then go back for another round! Then I had 16 weeks (rounds of Taxol). Easier but I did have bloody nostrils, some neuropathy and my eyebrows fell out.
