I didn't want to believe it was cancer.

    Oh No

Hoping it was just the usual cysts or calcifications I had before.

    External radiation

    Radiation

I have just started radiation, only 2 treatments so far, with 31 to go. Fortunately the place where I go for this is not far from home but it is still disruptive of my day. Still and all, it is good to be fighting this thing directly. No pain or side effects yet, but they may still occur later.

    Painless Experience: Strongly Agree
    Minimal Side Effects: Agree
Minimal Impact to Daily Life: Neutral/NA

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

I feel lucky as I have been taking Letrozole for 3 mos. now and side effects have been minimal. Some hot flashes and occasional hand/joint pain. All of it tolerable.
