    CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine)

    Other Care

Doing organic food, nutrition, daily exercise, and trying to be positive. Physical therapy has some what helped the frozen shoulder. Found out I probably didn't need the mastectomy. Well its a little late.

I decided to get on with my life

    Decision Point

I am not going to do hormone therapy. My disease had not spread to the lymph nodes. I am going to do followup often and take my chances.
