    Chemotherapy

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

I underwent A/c chemo every 2 wks for 2 mo. The first treatment was the WORST!!!!! They tried me on 2 anti-nausea that did not work but the 3rd did!!!!! Thank god! After we found an anti-nausea med that worked I could bear the A/C treatment. The 5 days after treatment I was tired and weak then back to normal self till next dose, then all over again! Boy was I glad when this was over!

    Drug Therapy or Medication

I was recently diagnosed as stage 4 mets to abdominal cavity. I have been on falsodex and ibrance since 12/7/15. This past month I have had 3 paracentesis 1st 2 were 2weeks apart and the last was 1week. All of the fluid was 2.7litres removed. We figure the ibrance isn't working will talk to dr. On Monday and come up w/anew drug plan. Hopefully it will work on thus ascites. The bloated ,unable to eat feeling is horrible!
