    Celebration

Follow-up examination generally OK. The Dr. thinks that my pain around the incisions might be a hernia. I think she is probably right because I first felt it when I picked up my 15lb kitty. She wanted to order scans but the other Dr. beat her to it so we will see in four weeks.

    Cancer is back/Recurred

    Oh No

I saw the oncologist last Wednesday. She indicated the "shadow" on the CT-scan might be a return of the Uterine cancer she and the gyne oncologist have jointly ordered a MRI for June 1. Meanwhile my PCP is trying to workout an affordable treatment for blood clots. Given the fact that I may be on blood thinners for the rest of my life.

    Money

    Oh No

I went to my PCP yesterday, she is going to help me try to find an affordable blood thinner. She seemed to think that there is a possibility I may be on blood thinners for the rest of my life. I figure that I could only afford 5 years of this expensive medication. :(
