    Lumpectomy

    Procedure or Surgery

Recently diagnosed Stage 2, Grade 3 Residual Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (4mm) poorly differentiated. I've only had 1 round of chemo and had almost every side effect they warn you about. Did not handle the diagnosis well at all as I am still grieving for my youngest son age 26 who died only a yr. ago. This is all new to me because no one else in my family has had breast cancer. Both my parents lived well into their 80's. I just don't understand why this has happened and what am I supposed to do? I have 3 other grown children, 1 which lives with me due to a slight learning disability. She really needs me. I feel so alone.
