admitted for jundice , no nfection nor stone, it is down, block from out side the gall blader,it is pancreatic head tumor

from recetable upon Dx on .Dec.18 th.2012 and ERCP done that time, to unrecetable on table (whipple) on Jan.3rd. 2013, same operation changed to gastric and bile bypass. with post operative complications "gastric outlet obstruction" due to adhesion of the jujenum !!! and 2 corrective laparoscopies was done:jan 9th and jan31

started on gemcitabine on 10th of April 2012 (1st dose) Tx started based on CT and disease progression, tumor marker CA9-19 but not biopsy- it came normal pancreatic tissue, his condition is worsen and no way to take another biopsy endoscopically because of the gastric obstrction and his is not fit for open biopsy(surgically) according to his oncology team

started 2nd day after about 28 hrs post chemo , pre chemo anti emetic was granisetron +dexamethsone , dischrged with tab granisetrone, it did not stay on his mouth to know it is it working or not he vomitted it :( 3rd day to the ER for fluid replacment , inj ondansetron was given then discharged with ondasetron tablet twice daily as needed, it wroked well no more vomitting thanks God. Dr. Gave dexamethasone tab plus granisetrone after each dose for one or two days. It is working very well and no vomiting any more

Neutropenia from the 1st dose, 2nd dose postpond to nxt wk ,what is the prognosis??, it dosen't look great

Due to tramadol pain killer and Relieved with lactulose regularly rather than when needed

Started from the 3rd dose visible on his pillow , but his facial hair (eye brows, moustache and beard) is there; we finished 5 doses now

Hospital acquired infection multi drug resistance microbe, not yet settled started july 22nd, your prayers please
