Surgery
Procedure or Surgery
I had brain surgery in June 2010 to remove what appeared to be a cyst and turned out to be terminal brain cancer called Glioblastoma. The placement of my tumor left me without use of my right arm and leg. After a month of rehab regained use of arm and most of my leg. I still have limited use and feeling of my lower right leg and foot.
Rehab
Oh No
After surgery I had to regain use of my right arm and leg. I was in rehab for a month. I had to learn how to walk all over again.
Chemotherapy
Drug or Chemo Therapy
I was on Temador for a year along with Avastin 2 times a month for the first 2 years. For my third year I did Avastin 1 time a month and after my fourth year and still in 2016 am getting Avastin treatment once every three months.

The Avastin raised my blood pressure but it is now under control with medication.
