    Cervical cancer too

    Oh No

Oh no again. Had appointment with gynecologist /oncologist. Told I not only had uterine cancer but cervical cancer too. Us considering using Da Vinci Robitic method. Will depend on what heart & lung docs say after I meet with them. Said there is no guarantee I still won't need radiation & chemo. I think that us almost always a given. You just don't know right now. I've been reading on the Da Vinci method. Women seem to have mixed feelings about it. Guess that is to be expected. Some really good experiences, others not so good. Not real thrilled about having to have a catheter for a while. Not too thrilled about the method for removal if the material either. Have always been queasy about that area. While sitting in waiting room, couldn't help but think last year at this time was going through same stuff but with lung. But I'm not the only one, guess I'll just deal with it.

Same as last year, having cardio stress. Had first part today, second part tomorrow. Am ready to proceed with surgery if cleared.

    Surgery

    Procedure or Surgery

Surgery itself easy. Too early in recovery to make judgement yet on recovery. Some pain. Have Percocet but haven't felt need for them in couple days.
