    what to do next

    Decision Point

this is a tough choice for me. Between working and SS I bring home about 1700/month and I have no savings. I worry how I am going to pay for the copays and other expenses that come along. Just talking about things like this make me depressed.

    Procedure or Surgery

Surgery was 3 days ago. Came home yesterday, 3 hour car ride. That was not the high point of the day. If anyone is familiar with the road conditions between rt87 and lake placid ny then they will understand. son-in-law drove us, I can't thank him enough. The dr told my wife he felt he got all the bad guys so hope he was right.

    Radiation

Check up today. My psa level came in at 1.2, not bad but not good either. Still have a little bladder control issue so the dr says wait for about 6 months for radiation. I know that the radiation is going to be 5 times a week for 4 weeks. nearest rad center is 50 miles away. Good thing my wife is a good driver. Take care everyone and good luck.
