    Decision Point

I was in shock when I got the initial diag and they were sending me to a surgeon - I was not able to comprehend what was going on - My husb had just had prostrate cancer implants and now me??? Luckily my daughter in law is an RN and she helped with decision making and getting me where I needed to go. She has been an awesome support. She went with us to see the surgeon and then helped us decide to do the lumpectomy and lymph test. She asked questions that I didn't think to ask. I got so much support from friends and church and our parish nurse.
