    Lost loved one

    Loss

I lost my fiance to brain cancer in August, 2011. He was only 42 when he passed away. We had no idea he had cancer. His orthopedic dr told us all his symptoms were coming from the herniated discs (x2) in his neck. He was supposed to have surgery to correct the discs in his neck on August 8th,2011 but the anestesiologist wouldn't put him under because he didn't look good and was afraid that he wouldn't be able to bring him out after surgery so the surgery was postponed. I decided to take him to a neurologist for a check cause things still didn't seem right. Thursday, August 11th we seen the neuro dr and he was concerned and sent him to the hospital for a CAT scan. After the scan the ER dr came in and said I think you have brain cancer. OMG! We both feel apart. Friday night, August 12th,2011 he went into a coma and never came out. He passed away August 27th, 2011. It was so fast. It is still very difficult to think about.
