Oh No
I don't know what to do. In a watch and wait position. One core of 12 had 5% cancer cells slow growing kind. Supposedly the core with cancer is not located close to any blood or nerve areas. I have a Gleason Sum of 6. I have concerns about doctor. She did not tell me to stop blood thinner before biopsy. Lost more blood than necessary. Wonder what risk is regarding spread via blood. Looks like I should watch and wait. Supposed to do PSA every 3 months and re-evaluate. My next PSA test will be in a month. It was 5.5. What PSA score would signal me to begin treatment?
