    Decision Point

I am struggling weather to get in the trial for taxatere. Trial gives 6 cycles now upfront, rather than usual protocall of waiting untill hormone therapy has run course, and PSA begins rising. Other option would be to request chemo later, but not now, without being part of trial. Thought process is that I'm young and strong, good health. swim 2x week, run 2x week, bike, hike, etc. Basicaly symtom free now, eat well, normal weight. I would be strong now to fight through chemo, rather than later when I'm not as strong. If I waited, I can enjoy my life as it is now (perfect) as long as I can keep myself healthy and strong which I am doing, and hopefully prolong the need for the chemo.
