    Chemotherapy

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

OMG - he was a mess during chemo. He was constipated & in so much agony & pain. The oncologist acted like I wasn't feeding him. He is OCD, even at age 3. I know my child. He was extreme OCD during chemo. He wasn't loosing weight, but all of his chemo should have been outpatient for Wilms. We were inpatient half of the time with pneumonia, blood transfusions, infected port (after I stupidly compromised with them to do TPN/Lipids for last 2 weeks of treatment).

    External radiation

    Radiation

Radiation went well. Some fatigue, more than normal. He has ossified chondromas - now being told from ortho doc that it is common in patients who have done radiation. Freaked me out a bit, new bone growths on my finally healthy boy. Insensitive doctor that let me freak out completely about it first before I went to other oncologist for 2nd opinion.

    Painless Experience: Neutral/NA
    Minimal Side Effects: Agree
