I had chemo (cisplatin and Taxol) 24 hours a day 5 days a week for 6 weeks through a port. During same period I had 28 continuous radiation treatments.

I had the Ivor lewis esophagectomy surgery. I was 10 days in the hospital and through a conference call support group with other patients was able to navigate through the recovery process.
