    Diagnosed

    Oh No

When I was first diagnosed I think I had an out of body experience. Thinking this can't be true. When I go to the surgeon he will say different. I really couldn't believe it was true I had cancer.

    Wide excision surgery

    Procedure or Surgery

My first surgey was a wide excirision with mapping. Surgery very easy no complications. I rested for a couple of days. Had the surgery on a Thursday and was back at work the next Monday. It was the phone call three days later that really scared me. I was informed the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes. I had to schedule myself for a second surgery.
