    Kidney damage

    Side Effects

Well, well. A little setback starting cycle 2, My kidneys had started shutting down over Memorial Day weekend. I noticed slight trouble over the weekend and when I got in to the hospital to start cycle 2, all excited I must say, my labs showed Creatnine at 3 times normal level and BUN at over 3 times normal. I had done everything humanly possible with over the 2 litres of fluids a day and more. Good food and more. What happened? So now they are worried about my use of Cisplatin and may have to change Chemo medicine.
