    Decision Point

Do do Chemo and Radiation combined? You must have someone help you. Be there daily to keep you eating and staying positive. I carried a book about my husband everywhere. It helped me stay organized while working and keeping my husband alive.

    Diagnosed

    Oh No

Sam and I had zero information regarding his cancer, there just wasn't enough documented cases. We had to start from ground zero on this diagnosis and we were determined to make it a positive result! It was difficult because there was litterally nothing on this type of cancer.

    Implant chemotherapy port

    Procedure or Surgery

My husband did not have to go through surgery. They didn't recommend it for where his tumor was located and because of the size. We did have a port/stent so that he could have constant Chemo drip.

    6 years later!!

    Celebration

Sam is working full-time, his hair grew back, he has very little memory loss. We still struggle from time to time with cramps and fatigue but nothing we can't manage together!

    Chemotherapy and radiation combined

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

It starts off easy.. but get's progressively worse doing the combined treatment. We are glad to talk to anyone who has to go through this type of treatment.
