    Drug or Chemo Therapy

After being in remission for 6 years here we are again. My tumor in the bronchi and the doctor has now told us the most we can hope for is to kill it and leave scar tissue, which from my last treatments (34 days of radiation and a full year of chemo) most of my lung cavity is scar tissue. In the last 6 years our doctor has moved 200 miles away so we now make weekly trips to see him for treatment, stay the night, take blood shots and hydration the following morning and come home. We are now going into the 6th month and wondering how much longer we can do this. Now the tumor has wrapped itself around the arterty in my arm so the blood flows down but I have no return. My arm is very large, hard and my hands look like sausages. Has anyone heard of this? And if so, other then surgery, what did you do?
