First round this week and hes doing amazing. We were so worried but pump was removed yesterday and he still doing great. Crossing fingers that he remains as good as today.

He did great after first Chemo. Having it again as we speak. Zero side effects, maybe slightly more tired. Just found out he is wild type and that's great news. We also are on way to Dana Farber as we move up north to be closer to family and a world renowned facility. Life is good right now

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

Ok I have a question: My husband and I moved to get better care. One very surprising side effect is that the chemo here is given with steroids. He feels amazing during and after chemo. They did not do this in our original Dr's. Its literally night and day. From being nauseous and tired for 5 days to installing a light pole on the driveway the other day while still being on the pump. Oh and first scan since starting chemo and tumors are about 40 percent smaller!! We are both so happy we changed Dr's and hospitals. Everything is looking up
