    Our World Came Crashing Down

    Oh No

On Christmas Day 2011, I took my husband to the Emergency Room with chest and side pain, thinking it might be a kidney stone or something of the sort. We left with an X-Ray showing four masses in his left lung... With the possibility this was Lung cancer...

    Married

    Celebration

On January 21, 2012 we said our vows and became ONE in they eyes of God and the law. We both agreed this was the one last thing we required before we died.. Either way :)

    Chemotherapy

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

Robbie has four cycles of chemotherapy, three of which were spent in-patient at the hospital. Luckily, though quite tiresome and stressful, the chemo went fairly well for him and he made progress! He had little side effects, and still kept a positive attitude!!

We are currently planning his FIRST surgery, which will hopefully be at the end of this month (june 2012)

    Procedure or Surgery

His first surgery will consist of - testicular mass removal, removal of his spleen, and removing the tumors left in his abdominal lymph nodes! We are very nervous and anticipating this surgery at the same time! We don't know what to expect!!!

    Went as Expected: Strongly Disagree
    Minimal Recovery: Neutral/NA
    Minimal Side Effects: Neutral/NA
Minimal Impact to Daily Life: Neutral/NA

    Problem with doctor

    Oh No

The doctors are really aggravating me, because this is my husband's life not theirs and he could DIE and it seems like they just have no time for him... i know they are amazing doctors, but they are really not amazing customer-service representatives. they are really beginning to irk me!
