    Procedure or Surgery

had an Oophorectomy (ovary removal surgery) fun to say not a fun surgery though.. recovery time in the hospital is short only a few hours then it is bed rest for a couple of days... although it does help to get up and move around a bit I have been taking short strolls though the house and today being my 3 day have been able to do some house work like straightening and laundry ( has long has I am given the basket ) don't bend over ... shower on the second day helped a lot .... one thing that they did not tell me was that I have pain in my shoulders ... nurse said it was from the air that was in me ... at times that hurt worse than my tummy did...also experienced bleeding on the 3rd day ... scared me but I guess it is normal
