    Diagnosed

    Oh No

For several years I have had very heavy irregular menstrual cycles. I thought I was going through menopause. A few months ago, it was much heavier than it had ever been. I went to the ER and they referred me to an OB/GYN. After doing a pap and biopsy I was diagnosed with cancer in the Uterus. I had seen a different OB/GYN about 3 years ago for the same problem, but there was so much miss communication, lost records and the doctor changing her recommendations back and forth, I just got frustrated and stopped going to her.

    Hospitalization

    Other Care

I have had Crohn's disease since 1998. Over a period of 12 years I had over 20 surgeries. Now any surgeon runs when he sees me coming and hears my medical history. I also have Hydrentinitis suporotiva, which further complicates matters.
