Other
Decision Point
Need to collaborate with onc to determine whether treatment or care is needed, ,including her 2 status. Dx is high grade dcis, multiccentric, comedo type with luminal necrosis, er and pr pos, but no her 2 status was determined. My paternal grandmother had dx at same age in same breast, mast only one side, recurred with mets everywhere 12 years later and died. I want to be seriously on top of my game to prevent recurrence. Des anyone here have an opinioor perspective of the value of looking at her2 in high grade multiccentric borderline dcis with family history?
