    Cancer has spread/Metastasized

    Oh No

After a 12 week 2nd line chemo of taxatere which totally tore Garry down, found out that all of the agony was for naught. The cancer had become extremely agressive and spread to the liver, adrenal gland, spine and grown in both lungs. Doctor told us today that prognosis is months not years.

Taxetere and a daily pill clinical trial

    Clinical Trial

I was hospitalized twice because of extreme side effects (dehydration, diarhea, vomiting, extreme weight loss) for nothing. After 12 weeks, the cancer had spread aggresively

    Control of my life

    Loss

I am Garry's Mom/caretaker. The hardest thing that Garry is experiencing from my viewpoint is the loss of control over his independence.
