    Oh No

Has anyone out there experienced bloating of your stomach/abodmen area. Seems that each night I come home and have to lay down with a heating pad on my stomach. My stomach and abodmen area are hard and I dont' know if it's from the fluid or just digestion of my food. By morning I feel better and stomach is a little bit more flexible and soft but come night time, it starts again. I have been faithful to my Gluten, wheat Free diet. Any thoughts or suggestions? I do have a call into my clinical nurse to see if there is something I'm missing.

    Celebration

I met the other day with my drs about my recent CT Scan, I was nervous didn't know what they were going to tell me, but learning From my acupuncturist I knew there was nothing I could so I kept my stress to a minimum. Lining of my stomach has no changed, to area there my colon show some IMPROVEMENT and you know what that is all I needed to hear before the happy tears started flowing. A small improvement is better than no improvement so I'm taking that and thinking positive every little baby set helps. I wish everyone out there'd a little bit of happiness and joy, if not today maybe in the next couple of days. Stay positive it help!!!!!
