    Diagnosed

    Oh No

I went to the emergency room because I suspected that I had a Pulminary embolism. I did! In the process of the work up they discovered the lung cancer. My initial concern was that it was breast cancer that had matastisized. That it was a lung cancer that could be treated by surgery was both good news and, of course bad news.

    Segmentectomy or wedge resection

    Procedure or Surgery

It has only been six weeks since surgery so I don't know yet if I will return to the stamina I had prior to surgery. That is my biggest concern! I had just felt a sense of well being after breast cancer.

    A sense of well being.

    Loss

Loss of focus and drive compounded by an additional condition of colitis which right now is leaving me feeling unwell In a way that is more challenging then recovering from the pain of lung surgery. What Next???
