After research, I learned of the Mayo Clinc study utilizing green tea extract that indicated this actually killed the CLL cells. I began using decaffeinated green tea extract and large quantities of antioxidants, both herbal and fresh food. I quit using alcohol, eating red meat, no dairy, no salt added, no sugar added. In addition, I eat lots of almonds and pistachios, drink almond milk, eat almond butter on multigrain bread and one large glass of fresh lemon/lime water every day. Drink a lot of green tea too. After three months, my white blood count is back in range. My lymphocytes are just barely out of range. I've started a lymph massage therapy and I'll continue this until I get my next blood test. If it shows more progress, I'm going to ask for another blood test from my oncologist to determine IF the cancer is still there. That's how positive I am about this regimen.
