When we went to ER in 2007 we were thinking gall bladder issues. How surprising to find out that the liver tumurs were considered mets from a lung tumor. We had been told the lung "tumor" was a weird fungus.

This procedure has been done 4 times with good results each time. But probably can not be done again.
Cancer has spread/Metastasized

During this 4 year journey 2 brain tumors were discovered. Brain surgery done; Gamma Knife also used to treat one of the tumors. Other tumors are present on the spleed, adrenal gland, and a few external sites. External tumors have been surgically removed.
Clinical Trial
Recently began taking Afinitor due to tumor growth of the primary lung tumor. Only been on this treamtent for 2 weeks. Doing pretty good so far. Am very anxious to have labs drawn next week to see the effects of the Afinitor.
