It took the full 6 weeks to recover from my first resection. It was rectal sigmoid

The radiation put me into instant menopause, I still have a problem with acids due to the radiation changes. Sex is very uncomfortable also due to the radiation

In 2001 I had the colon cancer back again. This time it was at the splenic flexure, I had all but about 10" of my colon removed as I had found through genetic testing, I had the lynch syndrome. Of my mom's 8 kids, 4 of us have the gene. One of my 2 children has the gene. I have bouts of incontinence even with lomotil medication. I wear pads at all times
