I have developed lymphedema. It is in my side and back, ribcage area, predominantly. I am keeping in control - most of the time - with self massage, compression sleeve, compression vest at night, essential oil of grapefruit (external), bedstraw tea, rebounding, and frequency specific microcurrent. Mowing the lawn also seems to help - guess it is the vibration. Any other ideas that have helped?
