Doctor was sure it was not malignant tumor, but biopsy proved differently .

    Oh No

When arriving back to see surgeon after biopsy, surgeon said to me "you don't look happy" of course I'm not as the biopsy showed positive for cancer & I want it out now .

    Chemotherapy

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

For me chemo went as eexpected. Labs were good all except once I had to skip, was very disappointing when I couldn't get treatment, knew that extended time until treatments would be over!!! Other than minimal neuropathy & losing taste buds all went well, never sick never missed work except day of treatment as treatment would take 6 hours. Made a lot of new friends at treatment time.

    Easy to Do: Strongly Agree
    Minimal Side Effects: Strongly Agree
Minimal Impact to Daily Life: Strongly Agree

    Decision Point

You as an individual always have the decision of surgery, taking treatments, medication & aftercare doctor visits & medication. Holding tight to God & His Word is the very best all of us can do, "Be still and know that I am God" Psalm 46:10. No need for any pity parties, nor is there time as you need to fight as hard as you can, with God on your side, there is nothing better or more comforting!!! It is much harder for your loved ones than it is for the individual going thru this journey. Your decisions you make and how you handle yourself are being watched by many people, as well as touching many lives, not just yours. So don't be selfish, God isn't!!!
