    Chemotherapy and radiation combined

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

It took 7 hours for the techs to 'tatoo' my tumors for radiation. THAT was a long day. Recieved 33 radiation treatments and 12 weeks of chemo. I had to have 2 blood transfusions and developed a severe case of cellulitis which was very painful. The nausea was one of the most difficult side effects I endured-as well as lack of appetite. Getting good nutrition was very hard to do.

    Easy to Do: Neutral/NA
    Minimal Side Effects: Disagree
Minimal Impact to Daily Life: Disagree

    Memory and brain function

    Loss

My cancer was inoperable so my treatment was aggresive. I still have 'chemo' brain and live in fear of if/when the cancer may return.

    Accupuncture

    Other Care

I had never had accupuncture but found it to be relaxing, even though she was limited by law on how many needles she could use.
