    External radiation

    Radiation

    I had to stop radiation for 2 weeks because my Aunt Bertha,(my father's sister) lost her battle to breast cancer. Poor woman she felt as though she was the reason I had got the cancer seeing that it had come from my father's side. I miss her so dearly sometimes....

    Not too many side effects, I was amazed, just a little tired a times from the radiation, but I was able to function...

    Besides my Aunt, I've lost a few friends to cancer in the 11 years that I've been diagnosed, I lost my foster son Kevin in January of 2012, and my oldest brother is at the end of his journey as I type. He has brain cancer, God be with him...
