I had always gone for yearly mammograms and I assumed this one would be like the others. I would think if they did find something it would be best to find it early. Besides my maternal Grandmother had breast cancer. When I got the call back 2 days later that something was seen in the left breast and I needed to return for a repeat mammogram and ultrasound. My whole life turned upside down.
