    Oh No

In the mid 80's I was diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma on my face due to x-ray treatments for acne as a teenager.

    Other Care

After several cut and/or burn experiences over several years I started looking online for something better. The last time I had a lesion burned from my face it cost me $800 (I didn't have insurance because I had a preexisting condition). One of the things that I found was Curaderm which is made from eggplant. A 4 oz tube is about $125 and you can't buy it in the US online. Curaderm worked as claimed (I am not affiliated with this product in any way). The hardest thing about it is keeping the lesion covered at all times and applying it at least twice daily. It worked for me everytime I used it. The other thing that has worked beautifully is Oxy drops. I have taken oxygen drops religiously since 2009 and I have not had any flair-ups since, before that, I had flair-ups every year.. My niece got me started on the oxy drops because it helped her recover from breast cancer as she did much research. Of course, all of this information is my experience and not recommended by a doctor.
