    Oh No

In ten million years, I would not have believed that I would have contracted cancer. My life has been series of many trials and this was the last straw!

    Chemo brain

    Side Effects

Wow! Perfect term. To this day after more than a year, I swear that I still have chemo brain. The time came when I couldn't write my own name, hold a spoon or fork and the first morning I got up and my hair began falling out was devastating. Immediately went to my hairdresser and had my head shaved. Didn't look as bad as I thought I would. The tiredness and weakness still seem to plague me at times or else it is just my way of saying I want a nap. Each time I go for a checkup, I get nervous and still fear the blood tests. Am due for a bone marrow in a week and hope that will be fine, but still scary.
