    Colon surgery (colectomy or hemicolectomy)

    Procedure or Surgery

I was Lucky that the Removal of the Gall Bladder, 4 inches of my Colon took care of the Cancer.

    Went as Expected: Strongly Agree
    Minimal Recovery: Strongly Agree
    Minimal Side Effects: Strongly Agree

    Anniversary

    Celebration

Once I was done with the Staples on my Stomach & went back to work 60 Days later, I had a party!! I partied with Family & Friends on 4/1/06, because it was a 3 month blood test & it looked good! Every New Years since, I raise a glass to celebrate my Survival!! Every Chance I get, I raise money for the Relay for Life!! The Relay & The Bark for the Cure have helped me thru the "Dark Days"!! I became a Minister to help people with Prayers & Support!! I don't want the Glory, It's God Grace that I am here to help others!!
